Submittal ①
To fill in the 'Application Form' and submit
a) Brief Introduction to Institution (Enterprise), a photocopy
of'Business License' and a photocopy of ‘Identity Certificate
of Corporate Representative’; b) To apply for individual membership,
a copy of ‘Curriculum Vitae’ and a photocopy of ‘Personal Identity
Certificate’ are required.

Payment of Membership Fee

Applicable invoices are issued upon completion
of payment of membership fee.

Official Approval ④
Membership Certificate is conferred
|
Qualification Review ②
Qualification reviewing of the applicant
shall be completed within ten (10) days upon receipt of the ‘Application
Form’ together with other required documents. Then a written notice
will be delivered to the applying company or individual, who is
further required to the ‘Formal Membership Registration Form'. |
