2025年3月5日，墨西哥经济部发布公告，应墨西哥生产商Cuprum, S.A. de C.V.和Indalum, S.A. de C.V.申请，对原产于中国的铝条杆型材（西班牙语：perfiles y barras de aluminio）启动反倾销调查。本案倾销调查期为2023年7月1日至2024年6月30日，损害调查期为2021年7月1日至2024年6月30日。涉案产品的TIGIE税号为7604.10.02、7604.10.99、7604.29.01、7604.29.02和7604.29.99。

公告自发布次日起生效。利害关系方提交答卷的截止日期为2025年4月15日，其中在调查机关窗口现场递交材料时间截至14:00，以电子方式线上提交信息时间截至18:00。墨西哥调查机关邮箱：upci@economia.gob.mx
