QQ群：4467902042017年1月27日，欧盟委员会发布对原产于中国和台湾地区的不锈钢管材（stainless steel tube and pipe）的反倾销终裁公告，裁定台湾地区企业反倾销税率为0.0%～12.1%；裁定中国企业反倾销税率为30.7%～64.9%（具体反倾销税率详见下表）。涉案产品欧盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）编码为ex 7307 23 10和ex 7307 23 90；欧盟TARIC编码为7307 23 10 15、7307 23 10 25、7307 23 90 15和7307 23 90 25。本案的倾销调查期为2014年10月1日~2015年9月30日。
2015年10月29日，应欧盟不锈钢对焊件工业保护委员会（Defence Committee of the Stainless Steel Butt-welding Fittings Industry of the European Union）代表欧盟37%~48%的不锈钢管材生产商于2015年9月14日提交的申请，欧盟委员会对中国和台湾地区的不锈钢管材发起本次反倾销立案调查。2016年7月29日，欧盟对原产于中国和和台湾地区的不锈钢管材作出反倾销初裁。
